Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Optometrist at Neovision Claremont Inc in Cape Town. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for conducting eye exams, diagnosing vision problems, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing recommendations for eye health and safety. You will also assist with contact lens fittings and provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Optometry
• from an accredited Aouth African Optometry Institution
• Valid Health Professional licence to practice Optometry in South Africa
• Strong knowledge of eye anatomy, diseases, and treatment options
• Experience in conducting comprehensive eye exams and prescribing glasses and contact lenses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate diagnoses and prescriptions
