Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head Chef at an upmarket Japanese Fusion Cuisine restaurant. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen. This includes menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, cooking, and plating. The Head Chef will also manage kitchen staff, monitor inventory, maintain food safety standards, and ensure the overall quality and presentation of dishes.

• Experience in menu planning and recipe development
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification
