Job Description:

We are seeking a courteous and efficient Hotel Receptionist to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, the Hotel Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival, check them in/out, and provide assistance with luggage as needed.
• Answer and Transfer phone calls, WhatsApp's and emails promptly, providing information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately, using our reservation system.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or concerns to their satisfaction.
