World Comics India is looking for a 'Project officer' for one of our projects in Alwar, Rajasthan. The task will be divided between Project fieldwork in Alwar and the WCI office in Delhi.

About the organization

World Comics India (WCI) is a Delhi-based non-profit organization officially registered in 2002. WCI is working to promote the use of Grassroots Comics as a medium of self-expression and a teaching and learning tool for educators and students alike. Started in the 1990s, WCI has conducted more than 1200 comics workshops across the globe and trained over 1,50,000 common people. The idea was conceptualized almost 20 years ago in India; now, Grassroots Comics is a global peoples’ movement that provides an alternative communication tool for the community to express their part of the story.
