(a) Recruitment, Training & Maintaining Team
o Identification & recruitment of BDEs, Agency / DSA force up to expectation.
o Conduct regular meetings of agency force as per guidelines.
o Equip team with periodic trainings / house visits & joint calls.
o Control attrition by meaningful engagements.
o Timely intervention ensuring overall business quality.

(b) New Business Acquisition
o Achieve New Business targets (customer # & Volume) time to time.
o Achieve Activation targets month on month.
o Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and repeat business.
o Assist BDE / agency Team in chalking sales / marketing strategies for the locality
o Cross sell of all other products (as per guidelines time to time). o Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
o Take active role in recruiting and inducting BDEs/ Sales Team.
o Conducting periodic performance reviews with BDEs.
o Evaluation of performance vis-à-vis the competitors of the locality
