Job Purpose:

To control and monitor day to day production activities as per project schedule.

Accountabilities:

1.1) Preparation & approval of material / Consumable issue slip.

1.2) Work allocation as per the planning.

1.3) Supervising the production activities.

1.4) Instructing and designating daily job to operator

1.5) Assessing & Achieving the maximum output for operators in shop floor.

1.6) Review of fabrication drawings.

2) Ensure data entry in SPOOLMAN on daily basis

3) Preparation of below reports on daily basis
• Daily progress report.
• Fit-up Report.
• Welding inspection report.

4) Implementation of 5S System.

KPI

1) Achieving production targets- Daily Basis

2)Update EPC Proman reports on daily basis.

3) Minimum rework or Rejection percentage.

4) Shop floor should look clean all the time

INTERACTION:

EXTERNAL- Subcontractors.

INTERNAL- Projects, Quality, Stores.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Education Qualification: -B.E/Diploma in Engineering
