Basic Function:

Ensure the effectiveness of day to day running of the human resources department by ensuring the administration

and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of employee

satisfaction. Responsible for people development systems – develop training programs; to conduct general

training program; to coordinate the overall training function; and to research, monitor and evaluate

training activities.
