About the Opportunity

KHA currently has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager, Local Housing Association to join our team in Gjoa Haven, Nunavut on a two-year term contract, with renewal option.

You will be responsible for leading a team of 8 to 20 workers tasked with performing the overall maintenance, preventative maintenance, and renovations of approximately 267 units in public and 44 units in staff housing.
