Duperow Co-op is hiring a full-time Home and Building Sales Associate at our Agro center located in Biggar, Saskatchewan.

What you’ll do:
• Responsible for assisting and supporting the hardware and building sales operations in all areas
• Strong customer service skillset, maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards
• Adherence to asset protection, safe working conditions, Co-op brand/image standards, and product regulatory requirements
• Executes sales and marketing strategies, while actively supporting and contributing to community support initiatives and meeting operating budget requirements
• Perform general and ongoing maintenance and housekeeping of Co-op facilities and properties
• Responds to a variety of routine and non-routine customer inquiries, gauges customer needs and service satisfaction levels, and ensures issues are addressed in a timely manner
