Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading, exponentially growing and innovative suppliers in the recruitment of a Stand-Alone HR Advisor to provide specialist HR Support to the organisation's 60 employees (varies dependent upon season) in their headquarters based in Belfast.

What will you do as the HR Advisor?

As the organisation's Stand-Alone HR Advisor, you will report into the organisation's COO and liaise with company directors to provide HR Support all employees. Duties will include;
• Manage the newly implemented HR System to update employee records, upload probation reviews and sickness absence paperwork.
• Liaise with the financial controller to complete payroll administration ie. notifying the department of new starters, leavers and changes in salary increments.
• Revise existing company policies and procedures to comply with current changes in employment legislation
