We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Communications Assistant. This is a new role within the Company and is an exciting opportunity for the right person to develop and grow the position. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination for our upcoming events. This role involves assisting to manage various aspects of event communications, including liaising with stakeholders, coordinating branding efforts, and assisting with media relations. The role involves working away from home at event weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Branding Management: Ensure all branding materials are prepared and displayed appropriately at the event venue.

Event Information Distribution: Send out comprehensive event information to riders, media outlets, and participating teams, ensuring all relevant details are communicated effectively.
