PT. Liebra Permana is looking for Compliance Staff
(Placement: PT. Liebra Permana Semarang, Central Java)

Responsibilities :
• Handle the social compliance audit.
• Create a CAP from the audit findings.
• Following up with departments to complete the CAP (corrective action plan)
• Conduct internal audits.
• Monitoring documents and audit certificates
• Make reports related to the environment

Requirements :
• Bachelor degree from any major in reputable Universities (Public Health with specialization in K3 or environmental health is a plus)
• At least 1 years work experience is a plus (Preferably from the Garment Industry)
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Excellence communication and negotiation skill
• Familiar with audit tools (WRAP/ CTPAT / HIGG FEM / SLCP)
• Detail oriented
• Good team worker
• Ability to work individually and in team
• Ability to provide a training and coordinate well
• Understand Labor Law
