Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for handling customer reservations, providing excellent customer service, managing flight/train/bus bookings, and assisting with sales activities.

• Experience in reservations and customer service
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
• Sales skills
• Ability to work well with customers and provide exceptional service
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in reservation systems and travel booking software
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
