As a technical officer candidate's need to be a team player. He / she shall visit construction sites extensively to provide on-site technical guidance, conduct training workshops for masons and contractors and team up with professional engineers and architects to improve overall construction practices.

Responsbilities
• Provide on-site technical guidance and support.
• Conduct training workshops for masons and contractors.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to enhance construction practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
