Synergie68, Milano Cadorna branch, is looking for a CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE belonging to protected categories - as regulated by Law 68/99 to join an important Italian FinTech specialized in mobile payment, based in Milan (Italy). As Customer Care Representative you will be a daily point of reference for merchants who accept the App as a payment system and for the private users that pay with the App. You will also interact with various company departments and will be responsible for assisting users or merchants through new features and improvements, queries and different issues.
