The position will report to the Operations Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversees and coordinate maintenance team and the day-to-day maintenance activities
• Ensure all department workers adhere to the quality standards and safety policies and procedures
• Recruit and train maintenance technicians
• Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues that impact plant productivity, efficiency, safety or product quality
• Schedule and assign works to maintenance technicians based on priority, skill level, and workload; establish strategies to meet workload demands on time
