At our site in Fano (Italy), reporting to the Plant Manager, as Operations Manager you will drive operational excellence to support the company's growth.

Main Challenges:
• Strategic production planning and capacity optimisation by balancing volumes between workshops;
• Define industrial strategy to be implemented with new products;
• Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of plant facility;
• Ensure production volume, cost (material manpower and logistics), and quality of product, production schedules, and supplying for customers a re met;
• Manage, coach and foster the related production's supervisor;
