Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Sales Director.

Our client is a Mexican-American company that imports, distributes, and commercializes premium Icelandic products to the USA and Mexico. They specialize in finding unique products that are made by environmentally responsible companies that constantly prioritize the wellbeing of our planet.

The role will be responsible for:
• Creating sales strategies (channels, key accounts, brand positioning)
• How to get to potential clients
• Understand the product margins and be creative to find new possible business.
• Represent the company in wellness & health forums
• Handling a team of 3 people (retail, marketing, customer service)

The candidate must have:
• Fluent English level since he will be responsible for the business relations in the US
• Proven experience in sales & business development both in Mexico & US
• Hands-on personality; the role and company has a self-management culture
