QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of any Engineering Courses: BS Industrial Engineering and/or BS Mechanical Engineering an Advantage.
• With at least 2 years working experience as Production Supervisor in a Japanese Electronics manufacturing industry
• With strong background in handling manpower.
• Knowledgeable in FMEA, SPC, why-why analysis, OCAP and Production Planning
• Keen to details, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking
• Can work on a shifting schedule
