A Licensed Pharmacist/Chemist who will ensure that regulatory requirements issued by FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) are updated and maintained. He/she is also responsible to ensure LF compliance to requirements of Good Distribution Practices issued by WHO – World Health Organization and International Standards for Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Secures Regulatory licenses from FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and ensure that these licenses are updated and maintained.
• Keeps an up-to-date copy of legislation, regulations and guidelines and industrial goods practice and ensure to fully comply with said changes as soon as they become effective.
• Handles all necessary arrangement, reporting and coordination during External Audit by Regulatory Body and Client.
