FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Protect company assets/Maintenance

Ensure that all entrances, exits and the building are secure.

Ensure that all security and safety equipment is working

Maintain the alarm system and ensure that alarm calls are checked.

Regularly visit and inspect high-risk areas. Ensure basic maintenance is scheduled and time frames are adhered to

Perform regular asset inspections and address high risk faults

Ensure all electrical outlets are according complying to regulations

Ensure all plumbing works are serviceable and in working condition

Ensure all general maintenance is carried out on a regular basis

Manage Service provider relationships

Develop and maintain professional relationships with all service providers

Conduct regular meetings as per the ideal office module

Manage non-performance through performance process

Investigate, communicate, submit and follow up all service providers claims

Ensure all guards are PSIRA registered
