Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of our entire manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have a cross-functional understanding of all areas within a manufacturing facility and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage personnel and labor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a comprehensive review of current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.
• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to budgets and contractual timelines.
• Maintain Industrial Relations and address grievances in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and materials required for operations and implement proper controls.
