Import bank transactions into Evolve and perform daily bank reconciliations.

Maintain daily cash flow forecasting - planned deposits and payments.

Debtor and creditor reconciliations and payments/collections.

Daily loading of payments with special attention to source documents.

Act as the "gatekeeper" to ensure that exceptional transactions/payment requests are brought to management's attention.

Keep certain control accounts up to date and balanced, e.g., service plan payments, deposit controls, provision controls, etc.

Follow up on outstanding orders with different departments.

Workshop and Parts cash reconciliation and follow-up with relevant departments in case of outstanding invoices.

Audit and control WIP in the workshop.

Reporting on fuel expenses, among other things.

Petty cash control and reconciliation.

Monthly parts inventory count.

Invoicing the OEM for rebates.

Import warranty payments and investigate and report discrepancies.
