A company is looking for a Director of US Healthcare.

Role & responsibilities:
• Manage aspects of full cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
• Provide guidance and support to recruiters and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Source healthcare professional including Nurses, Nursing Assistants and other allied healthcare professionals through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals.
• Handle bulk requirements from various healthcare clients and VMS portals.
• Work on W2, C2C,1099, and Direct Client requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
• Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
