As HR business Strategic Projects Operations, you will have a unique opportunity to support the implementation of our HR strategic projects within the Operations area, co-create and further develop high performing teams.

In this position, you will work independently. You will be part of Nutreco Iberia HR team consisting of several HR Business partners. You report to the BU HRBP of Operations. The HR Business Partner works in close collaboration with management, CoEs and HR services organization.
