DescriptionThe incumbent will focus on applying fiduciary service knowledge, as well as operational and risk management expertise across the business in support of a meaningful customer experience.

The Fiduciary Business Support Manager is responsible for the management and execution of the fiduciary services account opening & closing processes.

Jointly accountable for ensuring consistent on-going trust administration processes amongst customer facing colleagues and Private Wealth Middle Office.

Serving as a performance improvement coach in support of quality operations. Leveraging strong interpersonal communication skills, the incumbent will drive consistent business execution in support of our business line strategy and growth model in partnership with other colleagues.

The incumbent proactively reviews processes and procedures identifying ways to streamline and drive efficiency within a strong control environment.
