OverviewWe are seeking a Sr. Manager of Contracts Administration in our Coleman Aerospace business unit in Orlando, FL. The selected individual will plan, direct, control and manage the activities and staff involved with the negotiation, preparation, monitoring and termination of contracts for the business unit and ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations.

A principal responsibility will be to ensure the company’s best interests are protected through quality of contract management throughout the business unit, including processes and analyses to support business decisions and providing informative reports to the entire senior management team.

Essential Functions Act as primary business advisor to the leadership and staff of the business unit on matters related to contract compliance and achievement of business objectives.
