About the job General Accounting Analyst

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is looking for General Accounting Analyst to join our Office of the Division Manager Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines

The General Accounting Analyst will join the Division Manager department to manage and execute general accounting processes, including management and/or execution of core financial processes. The new team member will also act as the contact person among executives by doing a variety of administrative tasks.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
• Preparation of AP/AR Schedules for Intercompany dealer and supplier.
• Ensure timely checking and approval of Purchase Orders.
• Handles Netting transactions.
• Prepares reconciliation with Suppliers and customers.
• Handles administrative functions of Comptrollership Division.
• Coordinates with Treasury and end users for timely settlement of netting transactions.
