Job Title: Accounting Staff

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Staff to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in accounting, with a strong background in manufacturing operations. This individual must be familiar with the entire accounting cycle, possess knowledge of government remittances, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with GAAP.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit government remittances, including taxes and other regulatory filings.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
