About Our Group

The Head Failure Analysis group supports Released Product Team organizations across the globe providing analysis results of head failure to the concern team to take an action for yield improvement. The Head Failure Analysis unit are located in the US, China and Thailand.

About The Role - You Will
• Work with responsible to Field Emission Electron Microscopy (FESEM), cross-sectional, HDD electrical testing area to verify and provide action in root cause analysis for process and design improvement
• Initiate improvement method for failure analysis task for more capability and accuracy in the testing and investigation
• Support customer and factory requirements

About You
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Active and initiative person
• Understanding failure background, provide analysis and method to get high accuracy failure analysis result

Your Experience Includes
• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience
