Responsibilities:

· Recurring Journal Entries in Contpaq

· Month End Journal Entries

· Prepare bank accounts reconciliations

· Maintain fixed asset records and ensure that the depreciation and amortization schedules are accurate

· Assist with monthly closing process

· Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of financial records

· Maintain the bank accounts

· Review the attendance of the associates and the payroll calculation

· Initial the payment of the payroll

· Support finance leader for the SAT requirements

· Support audit requirements by preparing schedules and supporting documentation

· Collaborate with different departments within the organization to verify the accuracy of financial data

· Other tasks as assigned and appropriate to the resource assigned to this role

Requirements

MUST HAVE ADVANCED ENGLISH

1-3 years of experience in Full-Cycle Accounting

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing)
