JOB BRIEF

An Export documentation specialist is responsible for supporting export activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in with Sops, and handles record keeping requirements to support timely billing. He will be responsible to ensure that compliance related documents & KYC documents are maintained in an organized and centralized manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Export/ Import Documentation , Custom Clearance Coordination ,Export Remittance
• Inspection arrangement for required Countries PRODUCTS
• logistics ,Supply Chain Management Coordination with CHA
• Cost - Reduction Strategies, Cost Analysis and Savings
• Operations Management, Relationship Building
• Regulatory Documents Coordination

Key Skill
• Good Communication Skill ( Verbal & Written Both )
• Knowledge of Excel
• Organized and adapt new system quickly

EDUCATION

A. Minimum Education :- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
