Job Description
• Sound knowledge of execution towards Civil & Structure (in coordination with MEP (Fire, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Good exposure to interior finishing works
• Running and final Bill Checking of Vendors using prevalent IS codes
• Cost analysis, rate analysis and life cycle costing of all projects related matter.
• Vendor management skills with sound knowledge of procurements, sourcing, vendor, invoicing & payment with fair knowledge of taxation.
• Workable knowledge of Autocad and MS Office
• Familiar with Standard codes of practice used in the construction field from designing to execution
• Project planning and management, Resource optimization, Quality Assurance, Cost control keeping in mind the business objectives
• Ability to work independently, with necessary team management, workforce management & administration skills
