Required Sales Executive/Consultant for Real Estate CompanyResponsibilities: Maintain and update listings of available properties. Lead and manage the sales team to close sales and communicate with their clients effectively To schedule meetings with clients Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. To prepare presentations to the clients on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
