Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
• Maintain and manage R&D financials, including Profit and Loss statements (P&Ls), research efforts tracking, and R&D forecasts.

Client Support:
• Accountable for all administrative client requirements, including the creation and followup of Statements of Work (SOWs).

Resource Allocation:
• Maintain R&D team allocations and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Time and Effort Tracking:
• Periodically review and adjust R&D team members' hours submissions to accurately reflect their effort and facilitate precise billing.

Billing Assistance:
• Assist with billing processes as needed, which may include sending invoices and following up on purchase orders (POs).

Requirements:
