• Responsibilities:
• Ensure the sheets pertaining to riders and their information is updated at all times and no missing data should create hurdles in completing your assigned tasks.
• Follow-up with riders pending COD amounts everyday by sending messages and following up till paid. (TARGET TO RETRIEVE 90% OF PREVIOUS DAYS PENDING COD AMOUNTS)
• Assisting with pay slips disbursal during salary time to our raiders timely.
• Creating rider agreements as assigned.
• Updating rider information in company system before submission.
• Coordinating with the team for any performance related issues for action.
• Team target to ensure we Cap our COD limits More Detail
