As the Corporate Compensation and Benefit Director at Stäubli, you are responsible for creating and upholding a competitive compensation framework that is aimed at attracting and retaining key talents. You design, implement, and monitor salary structures, career paths, and pay-for-performance and incentive schemes. In your role, you balance the need for skilled staff with cost controls and ensure that all compensation policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with Stäubli's overall strategic goals and the HR vision.

As a subject matter expert, you will:

▪ Partner with the business to assess benefits, compensation and global mobility needs
