Overview:

I am supporting my largest Tier 1 customer in hiring for a Project Manager for Corporate Real Estate. This role involves supporting new construction and renovation projects, managing the internal approval process for all investments and transactions in the real estate sector, and preparing and following up on internal approval documents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support new construction and renovation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Assist in the internal approval process for investments and transactions in real estate, including planning, construction, expansion, or renovation of properties, and the purchase, sale, or rental of land and buildings.
• Create graphical representations of planned measures.
• Participate in cost determinations.
• Develop design studies, presentations, visualizations, and design drawings for new construction and renovation projects.
