Operating in the industry now for over 4 years, we have grown to a fleet consisting of over 400 units and 200 trailers running out of 10 locations across the UK, and we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Alfreton depot.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the logging, investigation and communication of all delivery related matters and non-compliance as well as maintaining excellent working relationships with both the Customer and the Retailer.
