iCandy Design is recruiting for an Office Manager to join its well-established friendly team for a fixed term maternity cover contract of 14 months starting July 2024 in Andover, Hampshire.

The successful candidate can expect to be working on multiple tasks and will be responsible for organising people and suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of both company and project undertakings.

This person will report directly to the Managing Director and will be expected to handle company confidential materials, proposals & quotations.

The role includes:

Operational and HR
• Coordinating monthly team meetings
• Liaising with our external HR representative
• Staff onboarding paperwork and assisting in the recruitment process
• Arranging of company benefits including regular social outings
• Managing the Company calendar and ensuring key dates are met such as contract renewals
• Ensuring our Health & Safety policies and procedures are implemented and up to date
