Procurement is responsible for planning purchases and making purchases to all suppliers based on production needs and production requests. Responsible for forecasting raw materials quarterly or monthly.

Responsibilities :
• Make a quarterly Forecast
• Make monthly PO to suppliers from the forecast results, 2 months before PO released.
• Calculating material requirements for production and buffer stock.
• Responsible for everything related to suppliers from end to end.
• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
