Overview

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and improve Process to improve product quality and all kinds of production documents to prepare;
• Analysis and countermeasure of abnormal quality of production line; Assist and improve supplier's process capability;
• Process inspection anti-freeze improvement, process and fixture design; DFM review of new products;
• Implement policies related to employee health and safety programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards;
• Implement policies related to waste management programs that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
