Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management
• Operational and client follow up
• Understanding requirements of clients, documentation of requirements, project briefing to internal teams, and tracking of project status
• Regular updates to client and internal management on project status – weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc)
• Ensuring timely and quality delivery of project, ensuring timely escalations
• AI knowledge is an advantage

Key Skills & Competencies Required:
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skill
• Effective Collaboration Skills

Location : Kozhikode, Kerala
