Your role is to combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of web screens and pages while maintaining the highest standards in quality and scalability.

• Meeting with the project manager to determine the scope of a project.
• Take the design “brief” to record requirements.
• Determine the message the design should portray.
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
• Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines.
• The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in your design work.
• Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
