For our Italian branch located in Cassina de' Pecchi (MI) we are looking for a Sales Assistant who is willing to work in a young, dynamic and challenging team.

The ideal candidate must have a miniminum experience in a logistics (or customer service) office and will join the Logistic Department.

The person needs to have accuracy for details and good communication skills.

Problem-solving, time-management, adaptation to changes and willing to learn complete the profile.

Your challenge
• Data entry of incoming orders
• Checking product availability
• Assessment of product stock
• Creation of the transport document (DDT)
• Issuing invoices and credit notes
• Creation of articles/customers in the management system (SAP)
• Customer services
• Complaint management

Your Profile
• High-School diploma
• Confident with Microsoft Office package (in particular with Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Italian fluent and good English both written and spoken (able to communicate with foreign colleagues)
