The role is based in Milan. The role is set in an international context (team based between Milan and Paris), and the represented brands are primarily American. The candidate will interact with the commercial team (Milan-Paris) and report to a Senior Wholesale Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Cross-functional management of back-office activities for the brands represented by our showroom
• Assisting with order entry (on Joor) in collaboration with the sellers and the wholesale team during sales campaigns (4 times a year) and reviewing orders at the end of each sales campaign.
• Managing the sending of order confirmations and monitoring payment and shipping conditions in collaboration with the wholesale team
• Supporting the various back offices of different brands in logistics, providing necessary documentation (payments and shipping)
