To strengthen our RDO Department we are looking for a talented person to fill the position of: RDO Ecosystem Lead – Italy.

About the role

The RDO ESL Italy leads the Regional Rare Disease Leads team with the aim to achieve strategic objectives including:
• Establishing long-term partnership with various ecosystem stakeholders of the relevant health ecosystem
• Driving the creation of the patient value brand plan (PVBP) for the RDO portfolio within an Area and all the relevant marketing tactics
• Driving in-field execution excellence with their teams in line with the local PVBP (Plans and strategies)
• Securing and maintaining optimal access to UCB products portfolio
• Achieving sales target and establishing leading market position in the relevant patient population/segments
• Promoting growth, sustainability, and profitability of the products portfolio (franchise)
