Job Description

After Sales Specialist represents the point of contact and focal point for the assigned customer base once the product has been delivered to customers.

In this role you will look after establishing and keeping excellent relationships with customers,handling field and in house service activities, so that all service administration is aligned, up to date and detailed.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Processes efficiently complains from Customer about product delivered.
• Receiveces and processes customer’s requests for technical support (remote helpdesk or physical intervention at the site), as well as customers’ modifications/upgrades to existing products.
• Operates Product recalls, in relation to the customer’s complains.
• Settles and Handles priorities, by coordinating them in all their facets.
