As a DataBase Administrator, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
• Install and configure Oracle database software, ensuring proper settings for optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to design efficient and scalable database structures that meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain database security measures, including user access control, encryption, and auditing to protect sensitive data.
• Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data and minimize downtime in case of system failures.
