Lawyer/Paralegal Position - Morocco

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced lawyer or paralegal to join our corporate law practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and representation to corporate clients on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and corporate filings
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex corporate law issues
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions
- Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as required
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
